Hedman Partners advised Taxify in acquiring an investment from Didi Chuxing

The team at Hedman Partners has helped Taxify, it’s longtime client, finalize an extensive investment and strategic partnership deal with Didi Chuxing, the world’s leading mobile transportation platform.

The investment is a bilateral strategic partnership that will involve collaboration in both investment and technology development. The company offers a full range of mobile tech-based mobility options for over 400 million users, including Taxi, Premier, Express, Hitch, Luxe, Bus, Minibus, Chauffeur, Car Rental, Enterprise Solutions and bike-sharing.
