Notice about the establishment of Hedman Partners & CO OÜ Attorneys-at-Law

Dear clients and partners

 

We hereby inform that in connection with the transfer of the enterprise and the establishment of a Hedman Partners & CO OÜ Attorneys-at-Law the Estonian branch of Asianajotoimisto Hedman Partners cease providing its legal services from October 1st, 2011. All valid legal services contracts concluded with aforementioned enterprise and the rights and obligations arising from the legal services contracts will be transferred to the Hedman Partners & CO OÜ Attorneys-at-Law.

 

Division of businesses took place due to joining of new partner, attorney Merlin Salvik and to desire to involve new possible partners in the future. No changes will occur in the Hedman Partners & CO OÜ Attorneys-at-Law as it continues to work with Finnish law firm Asianajotoimisto Hedman Partners Oy under partnership contract as well maintains its membership in Hedman Group with Latvian and Lithuanian legal agencies.
